Accept Statutory Warranty Deed for dedication of right-of-way, located at the Northwest comer
of 13604 Macadam Road South, at the intersection of Macadam Road South & South 136th
Street; as part of the Do - 4 Lot Short Plat.

BACKGROUND:
As part of the future development of the Do - 4 Lot Short Plat, the O\Vller is dedicating right-of-
way, at the intersection of Macadam Road South & South 136th Street. The right-of-way is
needed, as the existing paved Public street surface is within private property.
Conditions were placed on the development to provide the following turnover documents:
1. Statutory Warranty Deed
2. Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit form
RECOMMENDATION:
Request Transportation Committee move to consent agenda to authorize the Mayor to sign
acceptance forms.
