As you may remember, the electrical construction itself has been completed and accepted satisfactorily. The lack of Washington State accepted "listings" on some of the specialty lab equipment stopped the "Final" acceptance. Reliability Services (formerly ETI) was hired in December of 2007 to review that equipment in conjunction with Darigold, to pursue available documentation from the manufacturers, subsequently examine the equipment to determine what corrections may be needed — if any — to allow a listing label to be affixed to such equipment, oversee the corrections performed as may be necessary, and finally to document and affix the listing labels as required. These actions are still in progress. I have attached a copy of the letter that was originally sent by Reliability advising you of this effort. We hereby request a 180 day extension to our permit to allow this work to be completed. We look forward to your agreement and corresponding extension.
