and distribution line, consisting of the necessary towers and poles, with braces, rye and anchors,
and to place upon or suspend transmission, distribution and signal wires, Insulates, cress -arms,
transformers and other necessary or coevenlent appurtenances, across, over and open the follwing
described lands and premises situated In the County of KING, State of Mashingten, to -welt:
Tho out 30 fart of the north 130 feet of the W 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of the VW 1/4 of the Ss 1/4 of the 8: 1/4 of Section
22, Township 23 North, Range 4 last, 11.11.
Together with the right at all times to the Grantee, Its successors and aselens, of ingress to and
egress from said lands across adjacent lands of the Grantor! for the purpose of constructing, re-
constrecting, repairing, renewing, altering, changing, patrolling and operating said line, and the
right at any time to remove said poles, wires and appurtenances from sold lands.
Also the right to the Grantee, Its successors and assigns, at all times to cut all brush and'
timber, and trim all trees stending or growing upon said lands which, in the opinion of the
Grants., constitute a menace or danger to said line.
It Is understood and agreed that the City of Seattle, Department of Lighting, may grant other
utilities the right and privilege to occupy and use Jointly the said transmission and dlstribetlon
line.
The City of Seattle and /or other utilities are to be responsible. as provided by law, for any
damage resulting to the Grantor -A- through Its negligence In the construction, maintenance and
operation of said transmission and distribution line ever and across the property of said Grantor e.
The Grantor c , titclr helm, successors or aasl,ns, covenant— and agree_.. that they w i l t
not do any blasting or discharge any explosiv.t within a distance of three hundred (10')) feet of
said line without giving reasonable notice In writing to the Grantee, Its successors or assigns,
of Intention so to do.
The right., title, privileges and autho,ity hereby granted 'hall continue and be in force until
sue' time as the Grantee, Its successor. or •..:yam, shall permanently remove sold towers, poles,
wires and appurtenance• fro.. said lands, or shall otherwise permanently abandon said line, et which
time all such rlE", title, privileges and authority hereby granted shall terminate.
Any mortgage on the said preaIse. held by the Mortgagee above named Is hereby released to the
extant, but only to the extent, necessary to subordinate the said mortises to the easement herein
granted to said Grantee.
