Dear Leon:
Back in June of this year, you submitted an application for a Lot
Line Adjustment for the North Hill Apartments. Vernon Umetsu
has informed me that the lot line adjustment is no longer needed
for this project. I would like to close out this application.
If the City does not hear back from you by November 4, 1988, the
application file will be closed out.
