Gentlemen:
Please find enclosed formal application executed by Seattle -First
National Bank requesting a change of zoning of the approximate
three acres of land owned by Seattle -First National Bank on which
is presently located our Southcenter Branch Building. Also
enclosed is our check in the amount of $100.00, which represents
the fee that must accompany the rezoning application.
As you may know, approximately one acre of this property lies to
the East of our branch building and is undeveloped. The present
request for rezoning is for the purpose of permitting the
construction of an office building on the undeveloped land with
adequate parking for both the building and the bank.
Should you have any questions or if additional data is required,
we will be very pleased to supply the information and we will
appear in person before the commission if required to plead our
case.
Your favorable action on this petition will be very much appreciated.
