the 30th day of October, 1978. Executed by Riverton Park United Methodist Church of Seattle, a
corporation to secure payment of the sum of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven and 79/100
Dollars, ($13,911.79), and recorded in the office of the county Auditor of King County, state of
Washington, on the 9th day of November, 1978. Being Auditor's File No. 7811090867 for value
received, does hereby release and discharge from the lien of the said mortgage the following described
portion of the mortgaged premises, situated in the County of King State of Washington,to wit:
