As you can see there are three conditions that need to be met before they can give me preliminary approval. I would very much appreciate it if you could help me with these conditions since they all need to be indicated on the plat map. In regards to item #2, I spoke with Dana Dick from Val Vue Sewer District. He referred me to a man named Steve at Val Vue. Steve showed me where the easement should go on your map. See attached copy. Again Mr. Modawell, I want to thank you so very much for your willingness to help me with this survey. Based on your application submittal revisions are necessary before preliminary approval can be granted. The Public Works Department and the Planning Department have reviewed your permit application for a short plat, at 12632 35th Avenue South, Tukwila. The conditions are to ensure that the short plat is consistent with the City's policies and regulations: Preliminary Approval Conditions: • Provide metes and bounds legal descriptions of the existing site and the proposed lots. Two addition steps occur after preliminary approval, Final Approval and Recording. Final Approval can be granted when the necessary short plat documents have been submitted in compliance with the conditions of approval, documents have been found in order, and all the requirements of the short plat have been met. At that time, the Short Subdivision Committee can sign your short plat. This grants Final Approval, and then the document is ready to be recorded. The signed short plat documents must be brought to be recorded at the King County Department of Records. You must hand submit you documents to this office and pay the recording fees. Then, you must return the recorded original documents to the City of Tukwila within 4 -6 weeks. At that time, your short plat will be considered complete. If you have any specific questions about these comments, you may contact Joanna Spencer, Associate Engineer at (206) 431 -0179 directly in the Public Works Department.
