Vicinity /Site Information
The applicant requests approval of a Special Permission sign increasing the maximum allowable
size of the sign by 50 %. The exposed building face is 4,682 square feet. With approval of the
Special Permission Application, the wall sign would be 216 square feet (4.6% of EBF) versus the
normal maximum of 143.64 square feet (3% of EBF). The text appears on the face of an
internally lit frame, approximately 16 feet high and 13.5 feet wide (see Attachment C).
