The ten -day appeal period on this action ends July 3, 1995. The project was approved subject to the following conditions: '1. A lighting plan in compliance with BAR criteria 3(h) shall be . submitted at the time of building permit. Exterior light levels should be limited to one (1) foot - candle at the property line with no direct illumination beyond the property line. 3. No rooftop mechanical equipment shall be visible from the property lines. Building cross sections with sight lines shall be submitted at the time of building permit to demonstrate this requirement is met. . Two additional Birch trees shall be planted in the lawn area directly north of the northern dumpster. If you have any questions in this matter, don't hesitate to call me at 431 -3663. The Tradeshow site has 3 frontages to streets (front yards). As such, per Section 18.50.070, yard regulations, item 5, on corner lots with more than 2 frontages, A. "At least 1 front yard shall be provided having full depth required..., B. No other front yard shall have less than 1/2 full depth." That would mean that 1 yard @ 15' and 2 @ 7.5' would be allowed. Obviously, landscaping would follow along as the building does. This is more significant on the building 10 . subdivision with full front yard on So. 116th, and 1/2 front yard on East Marginal. In your reviews, please keep this in mind.
