Re: Lot consolidation, 402 and 404 Strander Blvd.
Following is a &5x 11 copy of the Surveyor's drawing of subject lots. I
doubt if you can read any of the numbers, and if they are important
I will get you a copy of the original and see if it is better.
We have lost a lot of time working with a zoning code change. That
didn't work and we can't make up for loot time, but I am anxious to
avoid losing any more. Hence, if there is any thing that you need,
please call and I'll get it right to you.

DATE: April 8, 1994
Attached is a map and legal descriptions for Computer City /Sears
buildings at 402/404 Strander Blvd.
Bob Wiley, owner, wants to remove the lot line in between the 2
buildings. There are no existing utilities nor fire access
affected by the lot consolidation.
Although the City has no official authority to approve or deny a
lot consolidation, Wiley asked if we could briefly review this
before recording at the County. Please take a look. If you have
any concerns, please let me know by Wednesday, 4 /13/94. Thanks!
