have not responded to the City's comments sent on May 21, 2007. Tukwila's Zoning Code allows for the
City to close inactive applications after 90 days without a response to a request for correction or
additional information, TMC 18- 104.130 A 1. b.
Should you wish to pursue the project in the future you will need to reapply.

The City sent comments on your application for a 3 lot short plat located at 15901 West Valley Highway
on May 21, 2007. We have not yet received a response from you. Tukwila's Zoning Code allows for the
City to close inactive applications after 90 days without a response to a request for correction or
additional information, TMC 18- 104.130 A 1. b. Unless I receive a resubmittal addressing the following
items from the May 21 letter I will close the file on August 31, 2007.

1) Unless the hotel is to be demolished it will still require parking. Since the majority of the
parking would be off -site please identify how many parking spaces will be reserved for the hotel

separately and the recording number entered on the face of the plat.
2) Easements will be required for fire access and public circulation. Please provide a copy of the
proposed easement(s). This will be recorded separately and the recording number entered on the
face of the plat.
3) How will the storm drainage system be affected by the future redevelopment of Lots 2 and 3?

Committee has completed its first round of review and has the following comments.
redevelopment plan prior to proceeding with the short plat given the constraints that will need to be
placed on the new lots to maintain parking, access and utilities for the hotel.
