EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Aerilications for which no permit is issued within 100 days following the date of application shall
expire by limitation. The I ' 'ding Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180
days upon written request the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Mechanical Code (current
