GRANTORS, V. EILEEN ADAMS, an unmarried person, as her separate estate, as a mere change in identity only, does hereby
convey and warrant to ROBERTA CARLILE and LYLE ADAMS, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the ADAMS
LIVING TRUST, dated October 13, 2004, and any amendments thereto, GRANTEE, Grantor's entire interest and any interest
Grantor may hereafter acquire in the following described real property in the County of KING, State of WASHINGTON:
THE WEST ONE -HALF AND THE EAST ONE -HALF OF LOT 14, BLOCK 7, PLAT OF HOME TRACTS, AS
PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF PLATS, PAGE 31, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
Including and subject to all matters of record.
The liability and obligations of Grantor to Grantees and Grantees' successors under the warranties contained herein shall be limited to the
amount, nature and terms of any title insurance coverage available to Grantor under any title insurance policy. Grantor shall have no liability
or obligations except to the extent that reimbursement for such liability or obligation is available to Grantor under any title insurance policy.
Grantor specifically revokes the prior form of ownership in the subject property which was held as Joint Tenants with right of survivorship
with Anna M. Van Frachen, who acquired title as Anna M. Van Franchen.
