Automatic shut -of operated by smoke detector in main circulating duct is required for RTU -1. U.M.C. Sec 1009 (a) & (b). ▪ R.A. duct must be connected directly to R.A. grille and grille is to be installed with fire damper. 10. Kitchen hoods and ducts shall be installed with fire extinguishing system as noted in Tukwila Fire Department letter of March 3, 1989 to "Steak Escape" Building Permit #5557. 11.
