Portion of Government Lot 8 beginning 389.77 feet north and N 88° 51' 59" W, 708.02 feet from the southeast corner of the subdivision to the True Point of Beginning; thence S 88° 51' 59" E, 216.15 feet to the westerly margin of East Marginal Way; thence N 22° 23' 15" W, 190.90 feet to a point on said westerly line a distance N 01° 30' 01" E, 564.62 feet and N 88° 51' 59" W, 574.06 feet more or less from the southeast corner of said subdivision; thence N 88° 51' 59" W, 528.87 feet to a point N 88° 51' 59" W, 1101.75 feet from the east line of said subdivision; thence S 39° 09' 11" W, 110 feet more or less to the Duwamish River; thence southeasterly along said River 460 feet more or less to a point which bears S 23° 10' 41" W from the True Point of Beginning; thence N 23° 10' 41" E, 170 feet more or less to the True Point of Beginning less that portion thereof lying within S 104th Street and less that portion beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of the above described Tract S 22° 32' 15" E, 54.59 feet from the most northeasterly corner of the above described main Tract; thence N 22° 32' 15" W, 54.59 feet; thence N 88° 51' 59" W, 528.87 feet;-thence s 39° 09' 11" W to the shoreline of the Duwamish River; thence S 50° 50' 49" E along said shoreline 85 feet; thence N 39° 09' 11" E to the northeast line of said S 104th Street; thence N 39° 09' 11" E, 35 feet; thence N 51° 58' 50" E to a point which bears N 88° 51' 59" W from Point of Beginning; thence S 88° 51' 59" E to the Point of Beginning less easterly 3 feet of the 30th Ave. South lying between southerly boundary extention of S 103rd Street and northeasterly boundary of S 104th Street and lying within the above described main Tract conveyed to Frank J. Blair under Auditor File #508 3893 aka #042304 -9100 all in the NE 1/,a, Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County Washington. Easement: That portion of the above described property lying southerly of the southerly margin of Miller Road, King County Road #57 also known as S. 104th Street all in the N E 1/4 of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W. D1. , King County, Washington. Said easement is for the following purposes: The right to enter upon the above described land to construct, reconstruct, maintain and repair a bank protection and /or other flood control works, including all appurtenances thereto, together with right to trim, cut, fell and remove all such trees, brush and other natural growth and obstructions • as are necessary to provide adequate clearance and to eliminate interference with, or hazards to the structures. The consideration above mentioned, is accepted as full compensation to the exercise of the rights above granted. To have and to hold, all and singular, the said easement, together with appurtenances,.unto Grantee, its successors and assigns.
