STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
The grantor, Robert Levinson, as his separate
estate, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby, conveys and warrants
to FOSTORIA PARK ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., all of his right, title
and interest, in and to that certain real property in Ring
County, Washington legally described on the attached Exhibit
A, which description is incorporated herein by this
reference.
