EASEMENT AGREEMENT
COUNTY OF KING
STATE OF WASHINGTON
Chau ThanH Nguyen and Nuong Mai Tran, husband and wife, henceforth, Grantor, being the owners of the following
real property:
LOT "A"
Lot 6 block 2 Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts Tracts 1,ota. of City of Tukwila Short Plat N9 89 -4 -SS, Volume 11 Page 24,

And Sonny Okoye, henceforth, Grantee, being the owner of real property adjoining or adjacent to the above sited
property, which said property is described as follows:
LOT "B ":
The south 93 ft of lot 7, block 2, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, as recorded in volume 11 of plats at page 23 recorded
of King County, Washington, less the west 1122 ft of the north 66 ft of said south 93 ft.
And Grantor, having received good and valuable consideration, including the sum of $ 1.00, receipt of which is ex-
pressly acknowledged by the same, on behalf of themselves, their heirs and assigns, DOES HEREBY GRANT to
Grantee perpetual easement for the following purposes:: Drain line to catch basin through and across the following
described said property, an 8 foot square. in the North West comer of said property.
