The Grantor, Jimmy Phan, an individual, conveys, warrants, and
dedicates to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation,
the following described public water and storm drainage utilities improvements
(PW07 -131):
APPROXIMATELY: One (1) Mueller fire hydrant, one (1) 6 -inch RS-
Gate Valve, twenty -seven (27) lineal feet of 6 -inch ductile iron class 52
pipe, one (1) 8 "x 6" tapping tee, and all appurtenances. One each, twenty
five (25) lineal feet of 3 /4 -inch type K copper pipe, one (1) each 3 /4 -inch
water meter box with 3 /4 check valve and angle stop, one (1) water tap
service, one (1) eight inch saddle, one (1) 3 /4 corp. stop, and all
appurtenances. 131 LF of 18 -inch Concrete pipe, and two (2) Type I
Catch Basins. The value of the transferred assets, from the
Grantor /Property Owner to the City of Tukwila, is $13,740.00.
TOTAL WATER COSTS: 6,500.00
TOTAL STORM DRAINAGE COSTS: 7,240.00
