rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceed-
ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:
The North 5 feet of the West 100 feet of Lot 9 in Block 1 of
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 11
of Plats, page 24, records of King County, Washington; containing
500 square feet, more or less.

together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.
