the following described real estate, situated in the County of King

NO Beginning at the point of curvature on 141st So. said curve has a delta
920 of 78 35 39" and a radius of 72.00 feet;
Thence N 88 54 47" W. 15 feet to the southern right margin of
141st. S.
Thence northerly along said right-of-way margin 24.07 feet to a point of
intersection of the south right-of-way of 141st S. and the east line of
lot 19, block 4, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, Recorded Vol. 11, Pg.
24, King County, Washington said point being the true point of beginning.
Thence northerly along said curve right-of-way line a distance of 54.12
ft. to the point of tangency:
Thence N. 77 30 26" W. a distance of 52.01 ft. to the intersection of
said right-of-way and the north line of said lot 19.
Thence S. 89 04 25" E., a distance of 91.69 feet to the northeast
corner of said lot 19.
