for and in consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00)
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
'Q' Washington:
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township
�0 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said subdivision;
thence South 1 0 04 1 37" West along the East line of said subdivision to
the Southerly margin of South 180th Street and the true point of be-
ginning; thence continuing South 1 °04 West to a point 36.00 feet
Southerly of the Northeast corner of said subdivision; thence North
88 °54 West 35.71 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the
arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet through a cen-
tral angle of 76 0 18 1 21 an arc distance of 66.59 feet; thence South
14 0 46 1 53" West 87.00 feet to a point on the Easterly margin of South
Center Parkway (Anna Mess Road); thence Northerly along said Easterly
margin to the Southerly margin of South 180th Street; thence Easterly
along said Southerly margin to the true point of beginning.
