and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration
conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF TUKWILA, King County,
Washington, the following.described real estate, situated in the
County of King, State of 'Washington, including any interest therein
which Grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of Lot 10 of the plat of the Interurban
Addition to Seattle as recorded in Volume 10, Page 55,
Records of King County, Washington, as follows: The
Easterly 5.00 feet of the Southerly 30..00 feet of said
Lot 10.
TOGETHER WITH the Easterly feet of the following
described property: Lot 11 of the plat of the Inter-
urban Addition to Seattle, as recorded on Page 55,
Volume 10, Records of King County, Washington. Easterly
300.86 feet less the portion Southerly of the line beginning
on the Easterly line of said lot 162.79 feet Northerly
of the Southeast corner; thence Westerly to the West
line of said Easterly 300.86 feet.
