THE GRANTORS MELVIN S. HUNTER and ERNEST /HUNTER, his wife,
for and in consideration of One and No/100 Dollars
conve and quit claim to TOWN OF TUMILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of property in Section 26, Township
23 North, Range 4 East W.M., legally described in deed dated February 24,
1953, and recorded under auditor's file No. 4317609, records of King
County; thence North along the East line of said described tract 104,30
feet; thence Southwesterly on a straight line 100 feet, more or less, to
a point on the southerly line of said described tract which is 40 feet
Westerly of the point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along the Southerly
line of said described tract 40 feet to the point of beginning.
