At the time of issuance there were two permits submitted for by the same contractor. The descriptions of work and estimated valuation for the jobs were swapped on the applications. A few weeks later when they caught their mistake, revisions were submitted to correct the permits. When this was done it resulted in an overpayment of $73.50 on permit EL 12 -0718. (There was also an underpayment on EL 12 -0719 which for a different project and has been paid for today, 09/18/2012.) On August 12,2012 you came in to switch the scopes of work due to a mix up at the time of completing the applications. At this time the valuations as well as the descriptions were swapped for these permits. As a result there is a balance owing on the Beverages and More permit. There is a balance of $73.50 owing on this permit and it will need to be paid prior to additional inspections being conducted. There is also a refund owed to you for Best Buy Mobile. The amount to be refunded is also $73.50. I unfortunately am unable to transfer money between permits in our system and we will need to have the balance paid and the refund processed. Once I receive payment the payment of $73.50 for EL12 -0719 I will get the refund process started for EL12 -0718. Payment can be taken as cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa only). Please note that we are able to accept credit card payments over the phone if that would be more convenient. The refund will be given in the form of a check mailed to your attention.
