Only permitted if the additional party will not cause an increase any City's net costs payable to the County or decrease in services provided per agreement. Retain shelter credits Jurisdiction revenue in excess of jurisdictions costs used to reduce regional model support expenses (i.e. County General Fund expenses that are not charged to model). Reduced operating costs by $141K to help mitigate the cost impact of Kirkland choosing to leave the regional model. 2/14/2017 Overview of County Contribution to RASKC Program $5.1 million County General Fund support for animal services as follows in the 2017 -2018 budget: $1.6 million KC expense as a member /user of services (approximately 1/3 of all intakes, calls and licenses sold are Uninc.
