The Interim Building Official has reviewed your letter and considered your request to extend the above referenced permits. It has been determined that the City of Tukwila Building Division will be granting an extension to the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/gas piping permit only, in an effort to synchronize the expiration dates with that of the building permit. All four permits are due to expire December 23, 2013. As you will notice, there was not a 180 day extension granted due to the fact that your letter dated December 2, 2013 stated an inspection will occur in the next few weeks, which is before the current expiration date.
