improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering,
and /or reconstruction of 58th Ave. South
The temporary construction casement shall commence on
the date of this instrument, and will terminate on the date the
52th Ave. South improvements have been accepted by the City
of `a'u }:c�ila. Said easement shall' be over under, across, along, in
and upon the following described real estate:
Lot Block Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of this casement the City shall have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes.

Lot Block Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts according
to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the City of Tukwila to :readjust and /or replace in Kind the existing
driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuab e considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUKP;ILA, a municipal corporation of the State of PIashington, to con-
struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes
and Lill slopes of 1 1 /2feet horizontally for each foot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining lateral support for _58 Ave. Soot 7 ,.7hen impr_ovcd to
the full width of the right of way in contornii.ty with the existing
center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s),_
heirs and assigns, the right to .remove said lopes at any time upon
