I. Elect 2021 Chair and Vice-Chair.
(new Chair shall preside over the meeting following election)
II. Adopt the December 10, 2020 minutes.
III. The City Council has recommended that at each Planning Commission meeting a
land acknowledgement statement shall be recited as follows:
“The City of Tukwila is located on the ancestral lands of the Coast Salish people. We
acknowledge their continuing connections to land, water, and culture. We pay our
respect to their elder’s past, present and emerging.”
IV. Tukwila South presentation by Mike Pruett representing Segale Properties.
V. PC Training facilitated by Karen Reed, from Karen Reed Consulting, LLC, and the
City Attorney.
