The Grantor(s) and also the Lessor. Op'ionor William E. Boeing and the
Lesee Optionee Old National. Bank for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a munici-
pal corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement
and right-of-way over, across and upon the foilowing described real property
situated in King County, Washington, TO WIT:
Said easement shall be on that segment of the left bank Green river
protection easement as described in King County Auditor's File No. 5764182
commencing at the south line of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.i4., thence
southwesterly 150 feet along the left bank of said Green River to the
abutment of the pedestrian utility bridge.
Said easement being for the public pedestrian access and for the con-
struction, operation and maintenance of the recreational trail aal for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be restored as nearly as possible to its original condition
upon completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify
and save harmless the Grantors from any liability arising from the construct-
ion and use contemplated herein.
