This easement consists of a 5 foot permanent strip described as the masterly 5 feet of said Lot-22. TOGETHER WITH a 15 foot temporary construction easement des- cribed as the Easterly 15 feet of said Lot 22. Any relocation shall meet with the approval of The City of Tukwila, and shall be reconstructed in accordance with the City's mini- mum standards.
