EASEMENT
The Grantor _, THE CITY OF TUKWILA
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) do hereby grant to
WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a public utility corporation, an easement
for a gas pipeline or pipelines under, over and across the following described
property of the Grantor _, to -wit:
That portion of the SEA of the NWT of Section 35, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said subdivision;
thence North 87 °50'57" West along the North line thereof
a distance of 183.63 feet to the Westerly margin of
Musiel Road, and the true point of beginning;
Thence South 24 °56'33" East along said road margin 3.87
feet; thence South 67 °43'03" East along said road margin
51.21 feet to the Westerly margin of 57th Avenue South;
thence along said Westerly margin on a curve to the right,
having a radius of 553.14 feet; the radial point of which
bears North 89 °08'12" West through a central angle of 8°
50'39" an arc distance of 85.38 feet; thence continuing
along said Westerly road margin South 9°42'27" West 110.18
feet; thence North 2 °36'16" East 135.08 feet; thence along
the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.00
feet through a central angle of 90 °27'13" an arc distance
of 78.94 feet; thence North 87°50'57" West 205.48 feet
to a point on the Southerly margin of South 178th Street
(Musiel Road); thence North 89 °30'27" East along said
road margin 79.72 feet; thence North 20 °03'27" East along
said road margin 27.66 feet to the North line of the SEA
of the NW's of said Section 35; thence South 87050'57" East
along said North line 135.58 feet to the point of beginning.
giving and granting to said Company such access rights as may be necessary for
the installation, operation and maintenance of such pipeline or lines; and, by
the acceptance of this easement, Washington Natural Gas Company agrees to in-
stall, operate and maintain such pipeline or lines with the least possible
inconvenience to the Grantor , and agrees to hold the Grantor _ harmless
from any loss, cost or damage resulting from the installation, operation or
maintenance of such pipeline or lines. Grantor agrees not to erect any struc-
tures on said easement.
