Pursuant to Resolution No. 273, The City of Tukwila
hereby relinquishes and abandons any and all rights that it has
in Easement No. 3, a copy of which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference.

and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that he was
authorized to execute said instrument and that the seal affixed
is the seal of said City.
