THIS AGREEMENT made this 24th day of October 1969, by
and between the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of
King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee' and

WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does
by these presents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with
the right to make all necessary slopes upon the abutting property
for fills in the construction of roadway improvements on South 180th
Street.
The slope easement is described as follows:
The North 10 feet of that portion of Gov. Lot 4, Sec. 36,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M. lying Southerly of the South
margin of S. 180th St. as established in 1968 under auditors file
No. 6343844 EXCEPT the Westerly 380 feet thereof.
That said Grantee shall have the right without prior in
stitution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be
necessary, to enter upon said easement without incurring any legal
obligation or liability therefor.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land
and shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both
parties hereto.

the undersigned, a notary public in a nd for the State of Washington, hereby
certify that on this 5th day of November,1969, personally appeared before me
William E. Boeing, Jr. to "le known to be the individual described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that he signed and sealed
the same as his free and voluntary act and deed, for the rurposes and uses
therein mentioned.
