That the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Washington, the Giver, does in
conformance with the Memorandum of Agreement - Final Settlement,
Dated March 26, 1987 convey unto the City of Tukwila the
following:

CD Infrastructure improvements constructed under the METRO Contract
Is4 ETS 3-D on City Right -of -Way of Interurban Avenue and on
easements of the Seattle City Light Right -of -Way for turnover to
the City of Tukwila:
CD
1. Interurban Avenue street frontage improvements
UD including curb, gutter, drains, sidewalk, bike
path, landscape and irrigation
2. Storm drain interceptor along Interurban Avenue
from 139th Street to golf course entrance (36"
diameter to 30" diameter)
3. Undergrounding conduit for electric street
lighting on Interurban Avenue.

The Giver herein covenants, agrees and warrants that said
property is free from all liens and encumbrances and will defend
the gift of said described property, goods and chattels, hereby
made, against all and every person or persons whomsoever,
lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
