BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS,

That the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Washington, the Seller, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred
Thirty Five Dollars ($95,735) plus tax, lawful money of the
United States, to the Seller in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged does by these presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the City of Tukwila the following:
DESCRIPTION:
Foster Golf Course assets constructed under the METRO contract
ETS 3-D for turnover to the City of Tukwila:
1. Parking lot on Seattle City Light easements including
pavement, curb, landscaping, and irrigation (110 parking
stalls)
2. Parking lot on golf course property including pavement,
curbs, landscape and irrigation (19 stalls)
3. Riverview outlook mini -park including landscape, furniture
and irrigation
4. Vehicle and pedestrian bridge on golf course property
crossing the Duwamish River
5. Storm drain outfall and swale on golf course (36" diameter)
6. Storm drain outfall at 52nd Avenue South (30" diameter)
7. Duwamish River Dike, access road and river bank protection
improvements upstream from bridge approaches on City
property and on right bank along number 12 fairway.
The Seller herein covenants, agrees and warrants that said
property is free from all liens and encumbrances and will defend
the sale of said described property, goods and chattels, hereby
made, against all and every person or persons whomsoever,
lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
