The Grantor, STEVE TYSON ,and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of��DOLLAR ($100) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grknt, sell and convey to the CITY OF TUKWILA
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in KING County, Washington, to-
wit:
East of Lots 5 6 Block 6 Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the..property- -affected_
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
