Narrative Text At 0058 hours on Thursday September 6, 2007 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0105 hours and cleared at 0120 hours. The incident occurred at
100 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0703111 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 was dispatched to a vehicle leaking gasoline in the parking lot of SC Mall.
Upon arrival, E51 found a vehicle with a minor gasoline leak from a fuel line. E51 used
putty and plug -n -dike to stop the leak.
There was less then one gallon of gasoline on the ground, we used an absorbent pad to
contain the gasoline.
E51 returned.
