Narrative Text At 1219 hours on Thursday May 8, 2014 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak.
Three units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on
scene at 1225 hours and cleared at 1705 hours. The incident occurred at 15832 51ST Ave,
Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
outside or special property. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Narratives
Alarm number 1401765 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 responded with PD to an abondoned meth lab left in the woods just to the west of I-5
near Klickitat. DOT was working in the area and came accross the discarded lab
equipment.
I contacted DOE and the were able to respond to pick up all the materials. The materials
were overpacked and given to DOE who removed most of the them from the overpack
drums and placed them in the back of their truck.
