The Trakit amount for credit cards for 11/27/18 shows $2,821.54. The US Bank statement has $3,188.72, a difference of $367.18. Looking at the credit card processor's website, it appears that there were two duplicate charges. One PW and one DCD. 1) PW18-0168 and PW18-0169 had $257.50 each. However, the bank has $257.50 three times. So one of those permit fees was charged twice. 2) EL18-1009 was for $109.68. This hit the bank twice. Has the customers mentioned anything to you? If you feel a refund is justified, I would need a memo to process the refunds. Thank you.
