It 15 our understanding from ScottMoore that only 3 residences with new connections to the existing or new meter box require a City electrical permit. The City Public Works Department will waive their permit fees and if the City Planning Department won't waive their permit fees they will be reimbursed by the Public Works Department. Please have the costs associated with the coordination and permit fees removed from the LS prices and proceed immediately with the private services work. If required, a City representative will be available to coordinate the "Rightht of Entry and Construction Authorization" with the property owners. This should not be necessary since notice of the private service work was already provided to property owners.
