Using these criteria, the attachments of the aforementioned elements to the primary structure were found to be compliant with code. The project is located on 16350 W. Valley Hwy Tukwila, WA 98188. It is assumed that the existing structure is comprised of wood framing w/ 3/8" (min) thick plywood sheathing. If existing structure varies from this assumption notify the engineer of record. Contractor to verify or provide (2) 2x10 blocks minimum, installed between studs to receive sign attachments. Blocks should be attached to studs with Simpson A35 top and bottom at each end (or a design attachment of equivalent strength).
