(19.2 cm) Kay Chemical Company's EXACTATM System is a button and/or bottle -activated system. It automatically dispenses correctly mixed cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Because of their modular design, dispensers can be installed individually or combined to meet specific needs. The button -activated spray bottle dispenser uses a manually operated water valve. When the button is pressed, the valve allows water to flow through a Venturi proportioner. The proportioner draws concentrated product and mixes it with water to the proper ratio. The air gap eductor is an unobstructed, vertical space that runs between the potable water supply and any potentially contaminated source. In the EXACTA System, the eductor separates the potable water source from the product concentrate. The air gap ensures maximum and reliable backflow prevention. Each bottle -activated spray bottle dispenser is configured with a geometric lock -out. Each bottle features a specific, geometric neck shape, which will only fit into the appropriate dispenser. This lock -out feature prevents product from being dispensed into improper containers. Inserting a bottle into the dispenser activates the water valve, allowing water and product to be properly mixed and dispensed. ©2000 Kay Chemical Company / All Rights Reserved The Air Gap Eductor Nozzle ,Separation Venturi Diffuser Discharge Tube Discharge Hose Bag Holder • Height: 12.5 in.
