The plumbing and gas permit will expire on May 1, 2023. Updated panel and new recepticles have been installed. Previous owner had a permit pulled for this work...not sure if tha tis helpful or not. Trying to get above board on this as i just took over the home. New electrical in the garage/shop as well. No Inspections performed.
