corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way,
over, through, under, across, upon, and in the following described real property
situate in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:
Portion of Foster Stephen Donation Claim No. 38 beginning at the west quarter
corner of Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. thence South 12';
thence East 255.91'; thence South 33 55'00" East 187.75' to northwesterly line
of Foster Street (52nd Avenue South); thence North 29 °30'00" East along said
northwesterly line 253.83' to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 29 0 30'00"
East 58.66'; thence North 60 30'00" West 233.53'; thence South 29 0 30'00" West
70.97'; thence East 25'; thence South 60 30'00" East 211.77' to the True Point
of Beginning.
Beginning at a point North 60 30'00" East 211.77' from the most southerly
corner of the above described property to a point 4' South W30 East
measured along the northeasterly line from the most northerly corner of the
above described property. A permanent utility easement lying westerly of the
above described line.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
