for and in consideration of sum of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, is successors
d`- and assigns, an easement and right -of -way over, through, under and across, upon

A permanent utility easement over the south 20 feet of the North 77.4 feet of the
O East 74 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Plat of Colegrove's Acre Tracts as recorded
N in Volume 11, Page 85, records of King County, Washington. Also a permanent
utility easement over the West 20 feet of tine North 20 feet of the South 80
feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Plat of Colegrove's Acre Tracts as recorded in Volume
11, Page 85, records of King County, Washington.
for construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
sub- surfaceutility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right
of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will
be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of con-
struction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors from
any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
