CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT. made this 6thday of Harch 1973 by

a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for valuable consideration, does hereby grant unto t
Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only during
construction of.a sewer main on adjacent property, said temporary ease-
ment to cease and determine upon acceptance of the sewer main for mair:t
nance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary right -of -way or
easement shall be through and across the following described property
situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
The North 10 feet of the South 15 feet, and the East 10 feet of the
following described property:
Commencing at the intersection of the Northerly margin of South
158th Street with the Easterly margin of Secondary State Highway 2 -M
SR -405 and 181; thence North 87 0 8'4" East along said margin of South.
158th Street, 309.54 feet to the Westerly margin. of Washington State
Highway frontage road Y -Line as established 40 feet in width; thence
North 1 °26 West along said Westerly margin 233.7 feet to the true
point of beginning, being the Northeast corner of that certain tract
of land described in Real Estate Contract to Hart Co., recorded under
Auditor's File No. 4167297; thence continuing North 1 °26'34" West along
said West margin 10.17 feet to a point of curvature; thence along said
curve to the left having a radius of 1,126.25 feet, an arc distance of
220.37 feet to intersect a fence line which lies along the South line
of the North 125.8 feet in wdith of said Donation Land Claim; thence
North 89 °0' 0" West along said fence line 170.00 feet; thence South
8 °15'0" East more or less, 230.67 feet along Westerly boundary of pro-
perty to a point being the Northwest corner of said Hart Co. tract;
thence South 89 0 0'0" East 170 feet, to the true Point of Beginning.

The said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution
of any suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary to
enter upon said above described property for the purpose of constructing
sewer mains or making any connections therewith, without incurring anv
legal obligation or liability therefore, provided that such constructing
of such sewer main shall be accomplished in.such a manner that the fences.
lawn, shrubbery, dirves and walkways and land contours existing in the
right- of-way shall not be disturbed or destroyed or in the event that
thev are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a
condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon
by the Grantee.
