This license is granted under the condition that the license will expire upon
completion of the construction and the property affected will be promptly and
properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition. The Licensee
also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Licensor from any liability
arising from each and all uses contemplated herein.
As a further part of the consideration for this license, the Licensor requires
