PRESENTATION <br />A. Transportation Benefit District <br />UW Evans School students presented information on the creation of Transportation Benefit <br />Districts as a revenue option for cities. <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Franchise Agreement: Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance granting Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC a Franchise <br />Agreement for a term of five years. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to April 14, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Grant Award: South 131st St./Southgate Creek Drainage Improvements <br />Staff is seeking approval to accept a Washington State Department of Ecology Community <br />Based Public Private Partnership Grant in the amount of $602,150.00 for the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the April 7, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Resolution: Surplus Vehicles <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution to surplus two 2017 Ford Police Interceptor Utility <br />SUVs with an estimated value of $9,000 and authorize the sale to Skagit Valley College. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the April 7, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Resolution: Local Road Safety Plan <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution adopting the Local Road Safety Plan. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
