Resolution: Allocation to South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution allocating $91,832.00 from the City's existing <br />contributions to finance affordable housing project as recommended by the SKHHP Board. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 17, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Lodging Tax Funding Request for Juneteenth Commemoration <br />The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has recommended funding the City of Tukwila's request <br />not to exceed $10,000 to support the 5th Annual Juneteenth Commemoration. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 17, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Ordinance: Amending Regulations for Phased Binding Site Improvement Plans (BSIP) <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would streamline the process for BSIPs by <br />removing the requirement for a development agreement. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 17, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Ordinance: Amending Regulations for Emergency Shelters, Transitional Housing, <br />Emergency Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing (STEP). <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would modify STEP Regulations to comply with <br />recent state requirements. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
