Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move,
demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, enlarge, alter, repair,
remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the
installation of which is regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be done, shall
first make application to the building official and obtain the required permit.
Observed Conditions:
On March 11, 2020, h observed an under constructbn addition to the hack of the house. I
aiso observed the garage has been converted to habitabie space.
Researching this property, i did not fund any permits ;appiied for or Issued for the addidon
to the back of the house or for the conversion of the garage to huabh:abie space.
Corrective Action:
Apply for a Building Permit for the construction of an addition located on the back of the
house and for the conversion of the garage into habitable space. Permits are not
considered completed until a final inspection has been approved by a city inspector.
Permit Center temporarily closed to walk-in customers.
